Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or weekend will be sent Monday afternoon.

Please note pre-orders won't ship until the release date listed on the website.

We ship all items from Brisbane, Australia. Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For orders within Australia, delivery times will vary depending on your postcode. For international orders, the standard delivery time is approximately 15 working days. Please allow extra time during seasonal rushes ie Christmas.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nina Levine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We do our best to ensure items are marked correctly to avoid additional fees.

Delivery Delays: Sometimes parcels are delayed or lost in transit. If you need help tracking your parcel, please contact us at nina@ninalevinebooks.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Refunds for damaged goods: If approved, you’ll be asked to return the damaged goods to us at which point we will issue a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Change of Mind Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, including all digital items and gift cards.​

Exchanges: There are no exchanges once the item has shipped.
