1. Revive 10 Year Limited Edition Ebook & Annotated PDF

I know many readers buy paperbacks to collect them rather than crack the spine and read them, so I want to give you the fully annotated PDF to read. The PDF actually has some extra annotations in it! If you've never read an annotated book, I've included so many thoughts about Nash & Velvet, thoughts about my experience writing Revive ten years ago, and more. I think (hope) you'll enjoy reading through it.

I've also created an ebook of this edition for you to have on your e-reader.

While I may make Revive available for sale with this cover in my store, I won't ever print or publish this limited edition with this interior and all it's special annotations and extras again, so it's a truly special edition. These are for our Stormgirls who have a clear Kindle cover. Seriously, I recently got a clear cover and it's one of my favourite things from this year!! Switching out inserts and stickers reminds me of my scrapbooking days. It's funny how such simple little things like this can bring us joy, isn't it?!!

Steps to download your file:

1. There are three sizes for each insert. Choose the one you need based on which Kindle you have.

2. Download your file.

3. Open the PDF file and set to print at 100% scale to get the correct size. Trim as needed to fit perfectly in your case.

(I printed onto plain white printer paper and it worked perfectly!)
